University of Bath commitment to carbon reduction
The University of Bath has a commitment to carbon reduction and we are taking measures to reduce emissions.
Our ambitious Net Zero Carbon Roadmap sets the goal of achieving a 50% reduction in our Scope 3 emissions by 2030. We must therefore prioritise driving these emissions down in partnership with our suppliers.
How you can get involved
- The University is partnering with Nottingham Trent University in developing a free and simple carbon reduction tool.
- This Net Zero Carbon Supplier Tool collates the carbon emissions data required and provides our suppliers with a bespoke carbon reduction plan, including an estimated scope 1+2 carbon footprint.
- Suppliers who have already calculated their scope 1+2 carbon footprint can input their existing data within the tool.
