Career

Kelly is part of the Data & Technology Group (DD&T). Her role primarily focuses on supporting staff, including through consultancy and stakeholder engagement, to optimise digital opportunities to achieve service and organisational quality and impact.

Kelly has worked across the education, public and private sectors and is passionate about supporting people to develop themselves and achieve impact. She has over 15 years' experience in learning and development encompassing the full cycle of identifying desired organisational outcomes, learning design, management and evaluation. Kelly is experienced in building capacity for evidence-informed practice and enabling change, and is an advocate of applying principles to ensure benefits realisation.
