Why I became a Menopause Champion

As someone in the perimenopausal stage of life myself, I have a keen interest in menopause. It's encouraging to see how much more information is available now compared to a few years ago, but there's still so much more to be done. I'm working to help raise the profile of menopause in the workplace at Bath and want to ensure being able to talk about menopause at work becomes less of a taboo.

I am happy to help anyone who wants to know more about menopause, whether you're starting to experience symptoms and exploring your options, or just needing to discuss what can be done to help you manage menopause and work.
