I work within the workforce development team and oversee our management and leadership development initiatives for all staff across the university. Book a time to meet if you are interested in developing management and leadership skills in your team.

Wellbeing statement

I would like to be part of a community where everyone is happy and feels they can be themselves. I believe it is important to deliberately work towards making our workplace a happier place and I'm doing my part by being a member of our Wellbeing Community. Workplace wellness and wellbeing don't develop accidently.

Interests

I love walking in nature and I also like reading books about what life is going to look like in future (from a scientific futurology perspective). I enjoy playing Lego and have been using Lego Serious Play as a facilitation model for a long time. I would love to have a chat over a Lego build activity with you too if you are interested.
