Supporting the development and delivery of the ParticipatoryResearch@Bath project

Role

Laura will be supporting the development and delivery of programmes and activities Research England-funded ParticipatoryResearch@Bath project, which is working to enhance and/or create the conditions at the University of Bath to involve people in research meaningfully and equitably.

Laura will be building and maintaining relationships with people and community groups from across Bath and North East Somerset, as well as supporting colleagues at the University to develop approaches to involving people and public groups in their research.

Career

Laura has years of experience in creative facilitation and community engagement roles. She has worked both designing and delivering programmes of creative engagement for a variety of organisations such as Creativity Works, MIND, St. Mungo’s, Wildworks and Eco-wild, as well as co-founding ‘Power With’, a community interest company that champions co-production in the homelessness sector.
