Shan Bradley-Cong SWC Research and innovation services impact coordinator

Staff Wellbeing Champion

Role

I’m a Research Impact Coordinator (Evidence and Evaluation) Officer in RIS. My main focuses are growing impact knowledge among the University community, and supporting the delivery of impact in the Faculties of Engineering & Design and Science. I also work closely with Climate Action Team, Race and Equality as well as Omnibus – Staff Society.

Wellbeing statement

Everyone can be affected by wellbeing issues, be it physical or mental. I would like to promote both wellbeing among the University community, understanding the issues, providing support and directing to resources. I would also like to lead the discussion on how systematically we could improve our culture to make Bath an even better place to work and to study.

Interests

I’m very concerned about climate change and am a qualified Climate Fresker. I like volleyball, travel, hiking, language, reading, gardening, baking and fitness. I am a co-founder of the Omnibus Volleyball Club.
