“I love to give people the opportunity to really take the time to explore their options, consider all the alternatives and take steps towards their true ambitions. In all my roles and past experiences, I most enjoy allowing people the space to consider what is right for them, to give them new tools and enable them to reflect on their own strengths and what might be possible. Sometimes hearing the smallest amount of encouragement can lead to making the biggest changes.”
