In 2012, the University of Bath was one of eight higher education institutions to secure funding from Research Councils UK (now UKRI) as part of the Public Engagement with Research Catalysts funding call.

The Engaged360@Bath project ran between 2012 and 2015 and aimed to embed public engagement culture at all phases of the research lifecycle, from conception to impact.
