• Think about what motivates you in your life. Think about your hobbies too. Why do you like them?
• Think about one thing you avoid at work (or try to avoid as much as you can). What don’t you like about it?
• What are some of the challenges you face when it comes to delegating tasks to others in your team? Do you find it easier and a lot more efficient if you do the work yourself?
