If you receive a "403 Forbidden" message:

Chrome - Put chrome://net-internals/#hsts in the address bar - In the 'Delete domain security policies' section enter 'www.bath.ac.uk' in the 'Domain' box - Click 'Delete'

Edge - Go to 'Settings' - 'Privacy and security' or 'Privacy, search, and services' - Click 'Choose what to clear' - Tick 'Cached data and files' - Click 'Clear' - Restart the browser

Alternatively, open using the Firefox web browser.
