You need to tell us:

• your name and department
• the URL of the blog, for example, 'blogs.bath.ac.uk/samba/'
• your blog title
• the summary - a single line describing the purpose of the blog
• a more detailed explanation (up to 250 words) for use on 'about us' page
• how long you expect the blog to last (needs to be at least 6 months)
• the blog category
• the level of access you need

We'll ask you to provide your first two blog posts in advance.
