Team Profiles

The Board is responsible for the organisation of education, teaching and research in the Faculty, including approval of awards and progression of students.

We provide executive level support and academic quality assurance for the Faculty.

We are responsible for all aspects of administrative support for departments in the Faculty, and are the central point of contact for departmental enquiries.

We provide senior-level operational management and administrative support for the Faculty’s six academic departments.

We provide administrative support for the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences leadership team.

We manage the finances of the Faculty’s research projects, studentships, K accounts and operating budgets.

We manage research, teaching and recruitment strategies for the Faculty and its departments.

The Committee is responsible to the Board of Studies for matters about undergraduate and postgraduate learning, teaching, and quality assurance in the Faculty.

We manage the Faculty’s marketing activities, digital presence and events.

We provide administrative support for professional services teams across the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences.
