We're responsible for:

• providing technical expertise, analysis and insight across all data sets plus leadership to embed fact-based decision-making throughout the organisation
• supporting senior leaders to develop, monitor and report key performance indicators and providing performance reporting to UEB, Council, Finance Committee and Senate
• providing analysis and insight to inform the planning process
• working closely with Heads of Department to provide data, insight and recommendations for their use in strategy, planning and driving service levels, end-to-end experience and performance
• providing data verification for statutory reporting
• benchmarking the University’s performance against the sector, horizon scanning and competitor, organisation and student analysis
