Our in-house Talent Acquisition Team are additionally responsible for:
- pro-actively identifying and securing senior-level talent
- analysis and market insight
- market mapping for pipeline and succession planning activities
- providing expertise, planning support and facilitation to teams, managers, and senior leaders to improve and enhance recruitment efforts

Leads the strategic direction and operational excellence of the University’s talent acquisition function. Oversees all recruitment activities ensuring alignment with institutional goals and fostering an inclusive, candidate-focused experience. Drives the development of innovative recruitment strategies, data-driven insights, and process improvements to attract top talent globally.
Francis Ondoro, Talent Acquisition Specialist
Leads the University's pro-active in-house talent advisory service through a team of Talent Advisors responsible for the pro-active recruitment of senior executive and academic hires. Ensures the development of sustainable talent pipelines and the delivery of a first-class, inclusive candidate experience.
Jess McGee, Talent Acquisition Manager (Early and Future Careers)
Jess is currently providing maternity cover for Kate Harper. This post oversees the operational delivery of the University’s Routine Recruitment Service and coordinates diverse outreach activities. Manages recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes. Monitors recruitment data, provides actionable insights, and identifies opportunities for process improvements. Offers expert advice on complex recruitment matters.
