RIS Project Management Service

We offer professional project management support to academic staff, giving researchers more time to carry out research and innovation activities.

We are responsible for:

  • managing research and innovation projects and programmes using project management tools and methodologies.
  • working with academics to oversee projects
  • supporting project resources needs, such as recruiting project staff
  • coordinating project meetings
  • managing project communications
  • establishing and servicing project governance structures
  • administration and finances including budgets and forecasts
