Strategic Projects Office
We provide leadership and coordination for major change initiatives across the University, through project, programme, portfolio and change management.
Our team is responsible for:
- providing portfolio management that enables the University to prioritise, balance, schedule and resource strategic change
- developing and managing the Project and Change Management Framework to ensure effective project & programme delivery
- providing oversight, assurance and reporting of the strategic projects portfolio
- providing delivery capacity for strategic programme and projects underpinned by change management
- being the Centre of Expertise, supporting the wider University with the tools, support networks to support effective change, project and programme management
- developing capability and confidence in change, project and programme management
