Strategy & Planning team
We provide the leadership, coordination, expertise, support and frameworks to enable the University to deliver its strategy and business planning processes.
We're responsible for:
- developing the Strategy & Performance Management Frameworks to provide an integrated approach to managing strategy development, delivery and performance monitoring
- providing strategy coordination and operationalising high-level plans to provide clear line of sight between strategy and our activities
- managing the strategic and annual budget planning processes
- reviewing, improving and providing input to planning models
- providing institutional planning support to senior leaders, faculties, departments and professional services
- supporting the Planning, Delivery and Performance Advisory Board (PDPAB)
