When do I need to change the settings?
You will need to update the email settings when you first use an email client or when you are adding an email address to a current client. We recomend you use Thunderbird to view your emails, or Webmail for non personal computer access.
To be able to access your email from the available email programs you will need to update the settings. Changing the settings will ensure that the email software you use will receive all your university emails.
