Certain categories of queries are not dealt with by the Help Desk.
Contact the following for:
- Queries about the Web server and Web pages - use the web form.
- Most problems with e-mail should be reported via the web form.
Note: to find e-mail addresses for University of Bath undergrads / postgrads / staff go to Person Finder; for other UK academics, go to WhoWhere? and be sure to enter ac.uk in the 'Enter Domain Name' box.
