Manager Self Service (MSS)
All registered managers of staff have access to iTrent for Manager Self Service. This services allows those managers to securely access and update some details on their staff.
Managers are be able to access only specific information from iTrent and only on the staff that they manage. For example, they will not be able to view sensitive information such as the protected characteristics of their staff (e.g. disability, gender, race, age, etc).
You are able to view and update:
- Annual leave requests
- Sickness absence information
You are able to view only:
- training and payroll information
- job information for your team
- details on SDPR/Performance Reviews
