- Before you send an enquiry, look for any pages that relate specifically to the service or resource you are having problems with. In most cases this may give you an answer more quickly than sending an enquiry.
- Your enquiry will be assigned a "ticket number" and an acknowledgement will be sent to your e-mail account immediately.
- You will normally receive a reply from a member of Library staff within one working day.
