Copy & Print: help & advice
Black & white and colour copying and printing are self-service facilities. If you would like help with using any of the equipment, our trained staff will be happy to advise you. You can contact staff:
- In person: call in at the Copy & Print Office, located at the back of Level 2 in the North East corner. Please note the office opening hours below
- By phone: on-campus ext 6836 or Off-campus 01225 386836
- By email: complete the Ask a Librarian online form
Students and staff with visual or cognitive impairments
- Copy and Print staff will assist with producing enlarged photocopies of Library materials upon request
- Our self-service equipment is capable of scanning up to a resolution of 600 dpi. Please ask for assistance if you require help with changing the resolution setting. If you require OCR, please ask Tom Brumfit, Information Librarian or Andy Taylor, Reprographics Supervisor. Both can also be contacted via the Copy and Print office during opening hours as follows:

The office is normally staffed during both the semesters and vacations during the following times (but please refer to the Library's opening hours for any possible amendements):
- Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm
- Weekends: unstaffed
