The 3L Programme is a fantastic development opportunity for those in team leader, supervisor or management roles to acquire and enhance skills in management and leadership. You can find out more about the programme here.

This is the second year the University is running the 3L Programme, and we have had positive feedback from the cohort of staff currently attending the programme:

The programme involves a blend of theory, practical assignments and group activities via the Development Days. Our cohort comprises people from diverse roles within the University.

The range of resources made available to participants is exceptional, providing substantial support for the assignments and for the required learning. The PeoplePlus programme leaders are engaging, fun and encouraging, while clearly very adept at leading this course.

The learning opportunities are huge and the rewards are significant personal development as a leader and a well-recognised qualification at the end of the process.

To find out more about the 3L Programme we invite you to attend the information session on Monday 1 July 2019.

For those who cannot attend the information session on 1 July, we are holding drop-in sessions to ask questions or get support with writing your expression of interest from the Workforce Development Team.
