The Digital and Academic Skills (DAS) team provides support for the development of academic, digital and professional literacies and skills to support students to become independent and confident communicators in a post-digital, ever-changing world.
The team provides support to students in a number of ways:
- Consultancy and collaboration with academic and professional service partners
- Bespoke support
- Open access support
- 1:1 tutorials
- Self-access learning resources
To help you navigate to the most helpful self-access resources, the team has created a signposting tool, making it quicker and easier for you to give students the support they need.
What's included
The new signposting tool includes resources addressing some of the most frequently asked questions, covering topics such as 'How do I start my assignment?' and 'How do I learn to give confident presentations?'
There are 14 topics in total.
How to access the tool
This link will take you straight to the tool. We recommend you bookmark it so that it's easily available.
You can also access it on the website from our Supporting your students with academic skills page.
