Mentoring Plus supports young people in Bath & NE Somerset who are facing challenges, helping 5-25-year-olds feel connected through award-winning mentoring schemes, youth clubs and inspiring activity programmes in our community. Many receive social care support and are young carers in families facing complex physical and mental problems.

The impact of the last two years has added to their challenges. Long periods of isolation, increased anxiety about transitioning back to school and some financial difficulties at home. For younger children at primary school, some have missed vital learning and the routine and friendships that school brings with it.

The charity is currently recruiting new mentors, which is a great way to get involved in a good cause whilst also providing an opportunity for personal development.
