Be Well Week aligns with World Mental Health Day on Friday 10 October. Throughout the week, a variety of activities will be available for staff, designed to help you pause, recharge and focus on your wellbeing.
Being at your best
Being at your best and thriving can look very different from one person to the next. At its core, it's about understanding what helps you feel happy, healthy and purposeful, and being aware of the things that might get in the way, along with strategies to overcome them. During Be Well Week, we invite you to pause and reflect: what does being at your best mean to you?
