What is a Human Library?
A Human Library is an event where real people are "books", and their stories are "read" by event participants. Each "book" will share their unique story for 10 minutes, followed by a brief Q&A session.
Who Can Be a Human Book?
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have a compelling personal story to share
- Inspire and connect with others
- Celebrate the strength and diversity of women
- Are comfortable speaking in front of a small audience
How to Apply
If you are interested in being a Human Book, please submit a summary of your story (200 words max) and a short bio to diversity@bath.ac.uk by Monday 24 February. A shortlisting exercise will be carried out, and six individuals will be selected to participate.
