We share the deep disappointment of our graduates and their guests at the postponement of the ceremonies planned for July.

Beginning from 10:00 today (28 July) the University community, friends and family are invited to join a virtual celebration to mark the achievements and congratulate this year's graduating students, the Class of 2021.

We will be awarding an honorary degree virtually to President Fernando Cardoso, leading Brazilian sociologist, Professor and politician who served as the 34th President of Brazil from 1995 to 2002.

We will also be streaming a video celebrating the Chancellor's Prize winner and messages from University staff, alumni and friends.

Tag photos and videos on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram throughout the day using #bathgrads. We have created special stickers and GIFs for you to use.

Future graduation ceremonies

All graduates who had registered to attend the ceremonies this year will have the opportunity to celebrate their achievements in person on a future occasion at a point when circumstances allow.

Certificates for summer 2021 graduates are being sent by post.
