Now approaching its fifth year, 'Changing, Ourselves' continues to live up to its name, with encouragement to learn, grow and adapt together through shared experiences, ideas and insights.

Our monthly blog has been sharing stories, ideas and practical insights to support the development of leadership knowledge, skills and behaviours across the University; and now as the Centre for Coaching and Leadership, we are excited to continue building a community where colleagues can learn from one another, exchange ideas and support their professional and personal growth.
