This is a busy time of year, so its more important than ever to take care of yourself.

This countdown calendar has been put together by the Culture and Inclusion team with input from the Staff Wellbeing Manager, to help you keep your self-care on track for the end of 2023.

  • 11 December - Carry out an act of kindness.
  • 12 December – Do ten minutes of exercise.
  • 13 December – Download the Calm app.
  • 14 December – It’s OK to not be OK. Read the Mind guide to Christmastime.
  • 15 December – Do something that relaxes you - have a bath or paint your nails!
  • 16 December – Get out in the garden and do some winter seed sowing.
  • 17 December - Bake some cookies and gift to a neighbour.
