This countdown calendar has been put together by the Culture and Inclusion team with input from the Staff Wellbeing Manager, to help you keep your self-care on track for the end of 2023.
- 18 December - Do a gratefulness exercise.
- 19 December – Do 15 minutes of exercise.
- 20 December – Look at writing a Wellbeing Action Plan for the new year.
- 21 December – Kwanzaa begins next week. Do some research into the celebration.
- 22 December – Try a free self-guided mindfulness session at home.
- 23 December – Watch a movie with friends
- 24 December - Feast day celebrated across Europe and Scandinavia!
- 25 December - British Bank Holiday and traditional feast day!
