As a reminder, this survey focuses on an issue that you have said is important to you, Pay and Benefits. Whilst we work within a national framework, we still want to see what scope we have in designing a modern way of rewarding people for the work they do. Please tell us what is important to you and give us your ideas. We also follow up on feedback you previously provided on the university strategy.
