After what has been an incredibly difficult time for so many throughout the pandemic, this weekly class exclusively for staff will offer the opportunity for you to regain and retain core aerobic fitness.
On Your Feet is a fitness programme that is delivered by Bath Rugby Academy and Community coaches, designed to combine basic aerobic fitness and touch rugby. The purpose of the programme is to get full-time employees thinking about their physical and mental health more regularly, finding time to exercise during your busy schedules.
Venue: Founders Sports Hall (areas 1-4)
Date: Every Monday from 11th October - 28th November
Time: 11am - 12 noon
Programme duration: 8 weeks

Taking place at the University of Bath, Bath Rugby are looking for 30 people who are looking to make a change and find an exercise routine that works for them. We are expecting a high uptake on this programme, so we will be selecting the 30 participants via a ballot.
