Timings for summer 2023 ceremonies

Timings for the summer 2023 ceremonies are now available and can be found here.

Invitations to the ceremonies will be sent out in April 2023 to your University of Bath email address and the personal email address held in SAMIS.

Visas

If you, or your family/friends are travelling from overseas to attend your ceremony you/they may need to apply for a visa. Please do not wait for the formal invitations in April to apply as this may mean that the visa does not get approved in time.

If you need a letter from the University to help with the visa application you can request one through SAMIS or if you no longer have access you can email the award & ceremonies team to request a letter.

As a graduating student you will be guaranteed 2 guest tickets for your ceremony, as long as you respond to the invitation by the deadline. You may be able to request more guest tickets but these will not be guaranteed, please take this into consideration when making travel arrangements.
