ReadyGo is a Bath-based innovative diagnostics company developing consumer-friendly diagnostics tests for use every day, everywhere.
The ReadyGo Team chose to work with the University of Bath’s Chemical Characterisation Facility to progress their innovations using mass spectrometry. The five-year contract will enable them to continue accessing the facilities to further develop their innovations.
Dr Ben Cobb, Founder and CEO, at ReadyGo Diagnostics Ltd, says:
We require to access the latest technologies but don’t have the throughput requirement to run and maintain the equipment in-house. Having the Core Research Facilities expertise at our fingertips is essential for our product development.
Dr Christy Waterfall, Head of Core Research Facility Operations at the University of Bath, says:
We are delighted to be providing the facility service needed to such an innovative company that is focused on making health tests readily available, especially in helping to prevent the spread of diseases. We look forward to working with them over the next five years.
The University of Bath works with businesses, researchers, and students to enable new ideas and innovation. Our facilities, expertise, programmes and research create jobs and supports growth for Bath and North East Somerset, the South West, and the UK. Find out about our Innovation with Impact.
