The International Staff Network is proud to launch the International Community Dialogue Series, a new programme of conversations with University senior leadership. The first of these online sessions will be with our Pro Vice-Chancellor for Global Engagement, Professor Manuel Barcia, on 1 July at 1.15pm.
Download the Outlook calendar event here and add to your diary.
This series has been developed in response to feedback from members of the international staff community who want to engage directly with University leadership, ask questions, and discuss issues that shape the experiences of international colleagues across the University.
These sessions aim to create an open and constructive space for conversation, shared perspectives, and dialogue around institutional priorities, support structures, and opportunities for international staff.
The discussion with Professor Barcia will be around the role our international staff community plays in strengthening the University’s global engagement, partnership, and international profile.
Following a brief introduction and overview from Professor Barcia, the greater part of the event will be an open discussion with colleagues. You can submit your questions in advance or ask live on the day.
Don’t miss out, download and the Teams invite to add to your calendar now.
The series will continue in Semester 1 of 2026/27 and feature conversations with Professor Marcus Munafo, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost, and Richard Brooks, Director of Human Resources. Join the International Staff Network for updates on this and future events.
