This series has been developed in response to feedback from members of the international staff community who want to engage directly with University leadership, ask questions, and discuss issues that shape the experiences of international colleagues across the University.
The discussion with Richard will focus on international recruitment initiatives, support structures, and development opportunities available to international staff at the University. The discussion will explore what is currently available to international colleagues as well as initiatives in development.
These sessions aim to create an open and constructive space for conversation, shared perspectives, and dialogue around institutional priorities, support structures, and opportunities for international staff.
Following a brief introduction and overview from Richard, the greater part of the event will be an open discussion with colleagues. You can submit your questions in advance or ask live on the day.
The session will build on the success of our two previous senior leadership dialogue events, which you can read about on the International Staff Network blog:
- Professor Manual Barcia, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Global Engagement).
- Professor Marcus Munafò, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost (link to follow soon)
