Today, Tuesday 23 March, is one year to the day since the UK’s Prime Minister announced the first national lockdown. And we in Bath are remembering now how moving teaching and assessments on-line signalled a huge shift in campus living and learning.

Please join us online at 12.45 as we mark this as a community. How we coped here, with lockdown, students and staff working in new ways, and all the anxieties, worry and uncertainty.

Our Chaplain, Nigel Rawlinson, and others will reflect on the last twelve months before looking ahead.

Nigel said: “Please join us to look back over this extraordinary period. Together we can stand, and remember those who have lost their lives or who have lost loved ones, while recognising the selflessness and kindness that so many have shown in the face of incredible challenges. This will also be an opportunity for us to voice our shared hopes for the future.”

We've also compiled a photo gallery of key moments from the last year.

Please bear with us, we are experiencing technical difficulties. The stream should start from 13.15.
