The technology in University learning spaces varies from room to room. These sessions give academic staff time in the room itself, with the team who support the equipment.
Each session covers:
- how the equipment in the room works
- how to report a fault and get help during a class
- time to meet the support team and ask questions
Sessions run in person and last around 55 minutes. You do not need to prepare anything.

If you can no longer attend, cancel at least three days beforehand so someone else can take the place.
