No charge for oat or soy milk in hot drinks at our campus outlets

Following recent feedback and a successful trial by a Vertically Integrated Project group, a large number of students and staff asked us to remove the 40p charge to swap from cow's milk to oat milk in hot drinks.

We have listened to this request and removed the charge, so oat milk and soya milk are free at all Campus Services hospitality outlets.

Removing the charge also helps to support:

• the University's climate change objectives, as avoiding dairy products helps to significantly reduce carbon output
  
• our wider actions such as the Sustainable Food Commitment
• individuals in making choices that are less environmentally impactful
