About the speaker
Jon McFarlane trained in medicine in Oxford, Cambridge and London. He specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer, and during his time in Bath has introduced many new services and treatments. He has a background in clinical research, and has held a number of senior NHS posts, including Associate Medical Director for Cancer Services, Clinical Advisor to NHS Improvement for prostate cancer services and a member of the Prostate Cancer Advisory Group.
