A big 'thank you' to everyone who took part in the Service Effectiveness Survey last month. Across the University, almost 750 Professional Services staff and over 250 Academic staff completed the survey. An amazing result.
We opened the survey to all staff, not just those in-scope for the UniForum benchmarking, to gain the widest possible feedback on the services we provide. We will have access to all the ratings and ideas in the New Year, and we will pass on your feedback about the survey to the organisers.
Of those in-scope for the UniForum benchmarking, we achieved a participation rate of 37%, which exceeded our target and won the University high praise from the UniForum team.
