The East Village is the new COVID-secure space on campus from the University and The SU, University of Bath for students to enjoy a night out. Located on the East Car Park, the Village is open 18:00 – 22:00, every Friday and Saturday.
The East Village has two venues: Plug Fresco and Moles. Plug Fresco will host Mixology on Fridays and Klass on Saturdays. They’ll be bringing you the best of student life as you remembered it, with resident DJ’s, cocktails, food and more. Find out more on the SU website.
Tables are bookable for both venues via the Open Table app. Bookings open at 09:00 on the morning of the event for groups of up to six.
Food is also available and can be ordered via an app and will be delivered to your table.
All students must bring their library cards to display on arrival, and both venues will be adhering to Test and Trace guidelines. Face coverings must be worn unless you are seated.
If you are looking for somewhere to socialise during the day, we have three other marquees available:
- by the terrace behind Sports Café
- by the grass between Lime Tree and The Chancellors' Building
- by the grass behind CAFE at The Edge
These heated marquees are open the same hours as the food outlets, so you'll have somewhere to eat and drink under cover. Find out more here.
