Lou worked in a variety of administrative roles in the Estates Department since returning from the United States with her family a few years ago.
David Hughes, Engineer Services Manager said: “Lou was a much valued colleague and friend who was always ready to do a bit extra to help others and took an interest in everyone.
“She was positive, fun and hardworking, she continued working right up to the end. Her passing will be felt by many in the Estates Team and beyond.”
We know that Lou’s death will affect her colleagues and friends and a range of support is available:
