Noé, who tragically passed away on 6 February in an accident, was a committed and talented student and a keen sportsman, with a passion for football. He came to Bath after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Vienna to fulfil his ambitions to study in the UK and specialize in International Relations.
Dr Maria Garcia, Head of Department of Politics, Languages & International Studies, said: “Noé was an engaged and talented young man with a deep interest in the making an impact in international affairs and improving relations between states and communities. He was kind, charming and a loyal friend, who will be sorely missed by all who knew him.”
