In 2014, the University of Bath and Students Union signed the Time to Change pledge which joined us with a growing movement of people changing how we all think and act about mental health. The pledge committed all of us to promote attitudes and behaviour that foster mental wellbeing and to work to eliminate the stigma and discrimination often felt by those with mental health problems.

On February 6, we’re again taking part in Time to Talk Day with our popular pop-up café for all, with free hot drinks and home-made cake. Join us and have your conversation about mental health - either on Campus or at the Virgil Building.

Time to Talk Day is organised by Time to Change, the campaign to change how we all think and act about mental health problems, led by charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.
