The University of Bath's Careers Service has been named the 5th best in the UK, with the University also placing 3rd for job prospects, in the results announced this year by StudentCrowd.

The rankings are based on 41,955 verified student reviews submitted between May 2024 and May 2026, analysed across 11 categories covering university life. To be eligible for an award, a university needs a total of 100 reviews across the review areas.

Bath's 5th place ranking reflects students' views on the support the careers service provides to help them prepare for their future careers, including careers guidance, employability support, work experience opportunities and employer engagement. The 3rd place ranking for job prospects points to the strength of outcomes students go on to achieve after graduating.

Students at Bath have access to a wide range of careers and employability support throughout their studies, including one-to-one guidance, employer events, skills development opportunities, placements, internships and support with applications and interviews.

To be recognised for our careers and employability provision by students, based on their own experiences, is fantastic. Our whole team is committed to supporting students to achieve their version of career success, and we are delighted to see these efforts recognised.
