As most of our patients are aware we have been having issues with our phoneline and answerphone for a number of months. We have had to make a change resulting in a new phone number 01225 333931, however, we are getting reports that patients are still having issues trying to call us on this new number. One of which is that internal calls to us may not work so please dial the full number when trying to contact us.

As you can imagine, our receptionists are extremely busy trying to get as many patients booked in and back on a regular recall so the phoneline may be busy. As far as we are aware our answerphone is up and running but please do let us know if you experience any issues with it.
