Governance and Assurance Manager for Research in Health and Social Care
In this pivotal role, you play a key part in developing the University's research sponsorship capability. Joining our new Research Governance and Compliance team, you will focus on research governance support for patient and healthy volunteer research. You will ensure that university sponsored research is conducted and managed in line with our internal policy as well as relevant legal and regulatory frameworks such as Good Clinical Practice and study specific protocols. You will also be driving the development and implementation of appropriate policies, and standard operating procedures for regulatory compliance of research trials and studies being delivered by the University
Research Integrity Officer/Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Research Governance and Compliance team working to support the Associate Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research). Reporting to the Head of Research Governance and Compliance you will work together with the Research Ethics Officer and the Trusted Research Manager to implement best practices through delivering training to staff, providing advice and wide stakeholder engagement to ensure the embedding of high research integrity standards across the University. You will also work across all Faculties/School and Professional Services Departments to develop, implement, support, and monitor operating processes and administrative systems related to research integrity across the University.
