We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Benefits Platform, hosted by Vivup. This is a single portal to bring together and make more visible the wide range of benefits we offer as an employer.

This new platform is a significant step in that direction in enhancing benefits as part of our staff experience. By consolidating all our current benefits into one easy-to-access platform, we aim to make it simpler for you to take full advantage of everything we offer.

The platform also includes a home and electronics scheme, enabling you to spread the cost of thousands of tech appliances, and homeware items from Currys and John Lewis & Partners.

Payroll Deduction Scheme:
To take advantage of the Home and Electronics payroll deduction scheme, you must meet the following criteria:
- You need to be a contracted member of staff
- You need to be a contracted member of staff
- If you are on a fixed-term contract, your employment must extend beyond the proposed payroll deduction agreement period
- Your gross salary, after accounting for all payroll deductions, must exceed the National Living Wage for the duration of the agreement
- You must have successfully completed your probation period
- You must not have any active formal warnings on your file
- You should not be undergoing any formal capability reviews

How to Access the Platform:
To access the platform, please visit Benefits at Bath and sign in using the Single Sign-On (SSO) function for a quick and easy login.
If you want to use this on your phone, unfortunately, the app does not yet support the SSO function. However, you can search benefitsatbath.vivup.co.uk on your browser and use the platform from there. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.
Employees who registered when we first launched by using their email can still log in with their existing account, but please note that going forward, we will be using SSO.
